Mindfulness grounded in Buddhist psychology — taught plainly, in Hindi and English.

Narotam Singh

Hello — I am Narotam Singh.

I write and teach about the mind: how it wanders, how it grabs, and how it can be brought back. My work draws on classical Buddhist psychology — the five aggregates, the three characteristics, the eight consciousnesses — and translates it into something practical enough to use on a crowded commute or a difficult afternoon.

I wrote Notice, Let Go, Come Back: A Gentle Path to Mindfulness to put that whole path in one place, and I built the free 27-week course so that it can be walked slowly, week by week, in Hindi or in English.

The Method

Everything I teach comes back to three words. Notice the moment your attention has wandered. Let go of whatever it was holding. Come back to where you meant to be — the breath, the body, this moment. That is the whole practice. The rest is repetition, and good company while you build the habit.
