Notice. Let Go. Come Back.

A guided 27-week path into mindfulness, in Hindi and English. One simple method you can use anywhere: notice when your mind has wandered, let go of what it grabbed, and come back.

No payment. No app store. Works on your phone.

The Mind Wanders. That Is Not Failure.

Most people give up on meditation because they think a wandering mind means they are doing it wrong. The opposite is true. Every time you notice that you drifted, you have done the repetition that matters. That noticing is the exercise.

This course teaches one method, three words long, and then spends 27 weeks helping you make it a habit — with a short lesson each week, a daily practice of about ten minutes, guided audio, and a place to ask questions.

Common Questions

Is the course really free?

Yes. All 27 weeks of lessons, guided audio, the weekly practice and the community are free. You only need to create an account so your progress is saved. Live group sessions with the teacher are a paid add-on and are entirely optional.

Do I need any experience with meditation?

None at all. Week one assumes you have never meditated. The whole method is three steps, and the first practices are a few minutes long.

How much time does it take?

About ten minutes a day, plus a short lesson once a week. The course runs for 27 weeks, but nothing expires — you can go slower and return whenever you like.

Is it available in Hindi?

Yes. Every lesson, every practice, every question and the guided audio exist in both Hindi and English. You can switch language at any time, even mid-course.

Is this religious?

The method draws on Buddhist psychology — the aggregates, the three characteristics, the eight consciousnesses — and explains them plainly as a model of how the mind works. You do not need to hold any belief, or belong to any tradition, to practise it.

Do I need the book?

No. The course stands on its own. Each week names the matching chapter in “Notice, Let Go, Come Back: A Gentle Path to Mindfulness” if you would like to read further.

Can I use it on my phone?

Yes. The course installs as an app on Android and iPhone, and the lessons you have opened stay readable when you are offline.

Is this therapy or medical treatment?

No. It is education and practice, not medical, psychological or therapeutic treatment. If you are dealing with a mental-health condition, please work with a qualified professional.
